Ramrama Manganese Ore Mine achieved Five Star Rating award for four years 2017-18, 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 and assessed for year 2024-25 from Indian Bureau of Mines.

n our mines we have worked very hard in processing of mineral and reducing the wastage of mineralized material to bare minimum the cut off grade setup by Indian bureau of mines is 10%.
Mine has adopted innovative practices toward zero waste mining. As an efforts company added beneficiation process of manganese fines through classifier, Hydro-cyclone, Spiral and Magnetic Separator to achieve the optimum utilization of mineral through reduction in cut-off grade below 3-4%.
Training & Skill
Constructed a new vocational training center which was inaugurated on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the 2nd October 2018 by Smt. Geeta Kaware, Sarpanch Village –Ramram. Regular job oriented training are being conducted for up gradation of living standard for woman and for youths from local community on every Tuesday.

Solar
We have started our solar journey in the year 2018 with 170 kw capacity and as on date total installed 1.5 MW Green Power through Solar out of which 0.5 MW is going to net metering. Separate 1 MW directly consuming in dewatering, electrical compressors for drilling purpose and thus we save the direct power from grid.

Health Checkup
Dr. Smt. Jayshree Arora from Waraseoni is deputed as visiting doctor in our mine hospital on every Thursday for free consultation, health check up and issue of free medicines to the nearby villagers as well as our staff & workers. However lectures are also being conducted for health awareness among ladies of local community
Swachh Bharat Abhiyan
Ramrama Manganese Ore Mine has been adjudged the best establishment by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Mines under the Bharat Swachhata Mission 2017-18.

We have carried out various corporate environment social responsibilities as drinking water support, health, Hygiene and sanitation, Literacy and education, Social cultural, livelihood & economics, Repairing & maintenances of road etc. For villagers near mine area.
