\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tConstructed a new vocational training center which was inaugurated on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the 2nd October 2018 by Smt. Geeta Kaware, Sarpanch Village \u2013Ramram. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tStoping operation at Ramrama Mine is planned first time at 286 MRL to 305 MRL. The ore body is subjected to severe overturned folding and its thickness is varies from 8 m. to 22 m. hence CIMFR was contracted for Geotechnical Studies to recommend the support system. On the basis of detailed study following recommendations are made \u2013\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    \n \t
  1. From the field investigations conducted for Ramrama underground Manganese Mine. RMR of ore body is estimated as 59 and for wall rock it is estimated as 46 which categories the rocks to Class III A, \u201cFair Roof \u201d.<\/br><\/br><\/li>\n \t
  2. Rock load height for support design is determined from numerical modeling.<\/br><\/br><\/li>\n \t
  3. Height of the yielded zone for 8 m. wide stope is found out to be 3.0 m. which can be stabilized by artificial supports .Hence, stope can be worked safely to a maximum span of 8 m. without post pillars.<\/br><\/br><\/li>\n \t
  4. Hence 2.0m. long rock bolt at a spacing of 2.0m. x 2.0 m. and cable bolts of 6- 10 m. length at same spacing in the middle of the grid should be provided.<\/br><\/br><\/li>\n \t
  5. Height of the yielded zone varies from 4.3 to 6.8m for different size of post pillars and at different interval. From detailed analysis it is found that post pillars of size 5 m. x 5 m. will be adequate at a skin \u2013 to \u2013 skin spacing of 7 m. or 12 m. center to center for 22 m. wide stope span as failure height is less. Thus 2.0 m. long rock bolts at a spacing of 2.0 m. x 2.0 m. and cable bolts of 8 -12 m. length at the same spacing in the middle of the grid should be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Based on above recommendations, the systematic support rules are framed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
